Who we serve

AI agents where the work repeats. AWS underneath.

Retail is the published agent practice. Every other industry still gets AWS engineering — security, cost, compliance, and the platform an agent would run on. We will not invent a product we have not built.

Every industry has work that repeats.Retail repeats it in public:where is my order, can I return this, will it fit.

Who it is forOperators, eCommerce leaders and engineering teams in 10 industries, from retail and SaaS to healthcare and logistics.

Two ways inWhere the work repeats and the data is real, we start with an AI agent. Where the need is compliance, cost or migration, we start with AWS.

10 industries, two ways in

Retail starts with production AI agents. The other 9 start with AWS engineering: security, compliance, cost, and the platform an agent would later run on.

Four stages of an AWS engagement

Most engagements start with a 1–2 week discovery and architecture review, then 4–8 week implementation sprints.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Audit your current AWS footprint, compliance posture, and cost baseline.

  2. 02

    Architecture

Design a solution aligned with your industry requirements and AWS best practices.

  3. 03

    Implementation

Hands-on delivery with automated pipelines, security controls, and documentation.

Common questions about industry work

Do you build a different AI agent product for each industry?
No. We do not sell an agent×industry matrix. Production agents are published deepest for eCommerce — support, sales, operations, inventory, and knowledge — at /ai-agents/. Other verticals get an honest opportunity section and the AWS work underneath. If the repetitive work matches a family, we start there. We do not invent a manufacturing agent or a fintech agent SKU.
Which industries does FactualMinds serve with AWS?
We deliver AWS solutions for SaaS, tech startups, healthcare and life sciences, retail and eCommerce, fintech and financial services, education and EdTech, manufacturing and industrial IoT, real estate and PropTech, media and OTT streaming, and logistics and supply chain. Retail is the first door for agentic commerce. We also work with companies outside these verticals — contact us to discuss your specific use case.
Do you offer HIPAA-compliant AWS architectures for healthcare?
Yes. We design and implement HIPAA-eligible AWS architectures using Amazon HealthLake, encrypted RDS and S3, VPC isolation, CloudTrail audit logging, and GuardDuty threat detection. Our healthcare clients include digital health platforms and life sciences organizations.
Can you help fintech companies meet PCI DSS and SOC 2 requirements on AWS?
Yes. We have delivered PCI DSS and SOC 2 compliant AWS environments for fintech clients. This includes network segmentation, encryption in transit and at rest, IAM least-privilege controls, and Security Hub compliance scoring aligned to the relevant frameworks.
What AWS services do you use for SaaS cost optimization?
For SaaS companies we focus on Savings Plans and Reserved Instances for compute, Compute Optimizer for right-sizing, S3 Intelligent-Tiering for storage, and Aurora Serverless for variable-load databases. We also implement per-tenant cost tagging so you can track AWS spend by customer.
How do AWS Activate credits work for tech startups?
AWS Activate provides eligible startups with AWS credits, technical support, and training. FactualMinds is an AWS Select Tier Partner authorized to help startups apply for and maximize Activate credits. We advise on architecting within your credit budget to extend runway.
How long does a typical industry-focused AWS engagement take?
Most engagements start with a 1–2 week discovery and architecture review, followed by 4–8 week implementation sprints depending on scope. Ongoing managed services or optimization retainers run monthly after initial delivery.
